Benchmarking Workplace Scheduling Flexibility: What's Your Organization's Policy or Practice?

    A local company, that requests to remain anonymous, is thinking through the possibilities of offering more flexible work schedules for employees.  They would like to see how other local organizations handle flexibility in the work place.  Examples include adjusted scheduled (7 to 4, 9 to 6), working from home, job sharing, or 4 day, 10 hour, work weeks.  How, if at all, does your organization support workplace scheduling flexibility?
