    Presenter: Judy has a master's degree in journalism and more than 30 years' experience as a lawyer. She designs and delivers on-site training that makes legal concepts easy to understand; teaches employees how to avoid harassment and shows supervisors how to manage within the law.

    Examples of laws according to applicability based on company size, including immigration, medical leave, age discrimination, and overtime pay.

    How to Create Respect in the Workplace

    Defining unlawful and inappropriate behavior, providing tips on how to prevent and address offensive conduct, including sexual harassment, stereotyping and bullying.

    Techniques for Performance Management

    Focusing on appropriate employer responses to difficult employees, handling attitude problems, and avoiding unnecessary increases in unemployment premiums.
